Your first visit to see Natalia Tsar, DDS, LVIF establishes a vital foundation for our relationship with you. During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information. This will most likely include a review of your medical and dental history to acknowledge any high-risk factors for dental diseases, an oral cancer exam, a periodontal exam, to check the health of the gums and supporting bone, an occlusal examination, to make sure your teeth, muscles, and jaws are working in harmony, and we will usually take photos and any necessary radiographs at this time. If time permits and it looks like all you need is a healthy smile cleaning, we can generally do that for you at this visit as well.
If any dental work is needed, all treatment options will be thoroughly explained and together we will make a plan according to your needs and desires. If you would like, we can structure a financial plan with you. We work with several financial partners and have some special savings programs that can work with your budget. After financial arrangements are complete, we will schedule all your appointments to complete your treatment in the most time-efficient manner. APPOINTMENTS
